About the Position: Sales Coach (Clark) | OnsiteLocation: Onsite in Clark (Includes a one-time relocation package and 30 days of accommodation)Schedule: Night shift (US account)Non-Negotiable Requirements:- Proven sales experience in hardware, specifically CCTV installation/installation services or Intercom systems- Experience in facilities or property management with at least 2 years as a Sales Coach (preferred)Responsibilities:- Develop sales strategies, oversee sales performance, and nurture client relationships- Provide insights on current market trends, sales techniques, product applications across various markets, and recommended marketing programs- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and management- Consistently meet or exceed sales targetsRequirements:- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory- Experience in sales management, especially within the CCTV or security sector- Technical knowledge, with experience in information security systems or related technology preferred- Ability to work independently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of sales processes- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
