Job Description Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collection, and application of incoming payments. This role ensures company cash flow is optimized and that customer accounts are maintained with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the accounts receivable team Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquent accounts Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions Oversee invoice generation and distribution Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and disputes Prepare regular aging reports and AR performance metrics for management Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to address customer concerns Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations Train, coach, and evaluate accounts receivable staff Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of accounting software and ERP systems Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Additional Information Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Show more Show less
