Senior Financial Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or controlling role, ideally in a manufacturing environment/industry.
• Experience with ERP systems; Infor LN experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis support.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency.
• Assist in setting up and documenting finance and controlling processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders, including the Finance Controller in China.
• Work closely with Manufacturing and Logistics teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Utilize ERP system (Infor LN) for financial data extraction and reporting.
