Work Setup: On-siteJob Overview:A manufacturing company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineer (CIIE) to join its operations team. This role is focused on improving production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness by driving process improvements and applying lean methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and enhance operational workflows and production processes.Use lean tools and techniques to identify and eliminate waste.Conduct time-and-motion studies and interpret production data.Identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.Support initiatives to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality standards.Collaborate with production, QA, and Engineering to streamline systems and procedures.Assist in creating SOPs and training materials for new or improved processes.Track and report key metrics and continuous improvement project outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.Experience with lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma tools is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.Willing to work on-site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
