- Work with customers to schedule the implementation of newly ordered products/services.
- Validate customer-provided deliverables to ensure accurate and complete information.
- Deliver a consistent customer-focused onboarding experience.
- Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with customer.
- Partner with Sales, Implementations, and Account Management teams to support activations of orders.
- Accurately forecast activations and consistently update backlog.
- Identify and escalate issues or risks to assigned implementations.
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Software, Utility Management, and/or multifamily property management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
- Strong attention to detail and has sense of urgency
- Must possess good organization and time management skills
- Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
- Able to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems
- Must have the ability to work with many different personalities
- Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change
- Customer onboarding and customer service experience
- Able to work extended hours when required.
- Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift Schedule
- Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (On Site, Home and Hybrid)
