Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, leveraging knowledge of Oracle 9i and client/server environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate proposed solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Maintain accurate documentation of process enhancements and provide reports to stakeholders and management.
Proactively identify opportunities for further optimization and adhere to organizational standards and SDLC methodologies throughout the process improvement lifecycle.
Support other elated tasks and projects as assigned by management to contribute to overall departmental goals and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/College Degree.
Minimum 1 year of IT business process analysis experience.
Proficient in business process analysis and SDLC.
Strong knowledge of Oracle 9i and client/server environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Adaptable to changing client needs.
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented team player.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6 months exposure in Life Insurance.
