- Identify and target potential clients in the US and international markets who would benefit from our offshoring services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the unique needs and challenges of clients businesses.
- Develop customized offshoring solutions tailored to align with clients strategic objectives.
- Assist in the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate our services, value proposition, and cost-saving benefits, ensuring a client-centric approach.
- Lead negotiations, skillfully handle objections, and consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Stay well-informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Explore opportunities to expand our services into new international markets.
- Lead the development and execution of strategies for international expansion.
- Effectively manage the sales team and collaborate with various departments to guarantee seamless service delivery to clients.
- Oversee and ensure successful project implementation.
- Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to track progress and offer insights for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of proven track record of successful B2B sales in the offshoring or outsourcing industry, with at least 3-5 years experience in a managerial capacity.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the offshoring industry, offshore processes, and client needs in both the US and international markets.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective sales and expansion strategies.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel as required for company or client meetings and international market exploration.
- Requirement for Remote/Work From Home arrangement. Applicant must have quiet workspace, personal computer, reliable internet connection, and backup power and internet in case of service interruptions.
