Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil, Electrical & Mechanical

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with expertise in civil, electrical, and mechanical projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
• Analyze contract documents and provide advice on contractual matters.
• Monitor project progress and costs, identifying any variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
