- Lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring the effective execution of Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions.
- Prioritize tasks for the team, communicate progress and achievements, and ensure timely completion of train schedule deliverables.
- Conduct weekly planning sessions, utilizing KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent audit operations.
- Consistently achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for carriers and customers, providing prompt responses to their requests or feedback.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity across operations.
- Identify non-standard processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and regularly update process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions in Trax SharePoint or other standard document repositories.
- Prepare for and participate in audit reviews and hold team meetings to evaluate past performance and plan for future improvements.
- Monitor and manage individual and team performance, conducting regular performance reviews and providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members.
- Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.
- All other responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor, based on business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems
- Experience in logistics, financial analysis, with exposure to ERP/MRP systems and customer management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, being a proactive, dependable, and results-oriented team player.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule to provide 24/5 coverage.
