- Direct exposure to an active MCA pipeline with real deal volume from day one
- Monitor the shared lender reply inbox daily and ensure nothing is missed or left unaddressed
- Track and organize incoming lender responses across active deals
- Flag promising lender feedback and deal responses to the submissions team promptly
- Keep communication threads organized and easy to reference across active submissions
- Update the CRM accurately and consistently after every lender interaction
- Maintain clean records on deal status, follow-up dates, and lender responses
- Help manage the submission workflow across all active deals in the pipeline
- Ensure CRM data reflects real-time deal status so the team always has a clear picture
- Learn to review and scrub deals before they go out to lenders
- Match deals with appropriate lenders based on deal profile and lender appetite
- Send deals out to lenders once you have a solid understanding of the process
- Develop the ability to read bank statements and make a basic judgment on deal quality over time
- Prior experience in the merchant cash advance, alternative lending, or financial services space strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume inbox without losing track of details
- CRM proficiency and a habit of keeping records clean, current, and accurate
- Responsive and reliable: you check the inbox, you update the CRM, and you close loops without being reminded
- Clear written English communication skills for internal coordination and lender correspondence
- Ability to learn quickly and take on more responsibility as you get up to speed
- Hands-on experience scrubbing MCA deals or reviewing bank statements
- Familiarity with lender appetite and deal matching in the MCA space
- Experience working within a submissions or funding team at an ISO or MCA shop
- A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing any experience you have in the MCA or lending space, and explaining how you manage a high-volume inbox or CRM in your current or previous role
