- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Generate leads and gather information on potential clients' needs and interests.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls.
- Follow a prepared script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle objections and rejection in a professional and positive manner.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better engage prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Cold Caller, or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience in the industry relevant to the products/services being promoted.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of sales principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Bilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish/English) are a plus.
