Valid SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification (mandatory)
2-3+ full-cycle Onboarding implementation projects completed
Strong hands-on configuration and deployment experience in Onboarding 2.0
Experience with integrations, particularly with Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting
Solid understanding of cross-module dependencies within the SuccessFactors suite
Preferably has experience working on global or multi-country implementations
Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative global teams
Good understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices
Experience in data migration, transformation, and cutover activities

Key Responsibilities:

Support and deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations
Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and provide best practice recommendations
Perform system configuration, execute testing cycles, and ensure solution quality
Support UAT, manage go-live activities, and assist with post-go-live stabilization
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple regions
Ensure alignment with overall HR technology strategy and project delivery standards
