The Purpose Driven Career ObjectivesResponsible for the conduct of accurate recording, tagging, and monitoring of all inbound and outbound inventories and fixed assets transactions, forms, and other related documents. Assists in the inventory and fixed assets counts and movements.Your Success Profile includes:
At least one (1) year inventory management experience in any industry.
At least a graduate of Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Management Accounting, or other related course.
Experience in ERP (Netsuite/ Oracle is an advantage).
Keen to details.
Advance in Microsoft Office applications
With related experience in PEZA Assets reporting
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the fixed assets records.
Assign and maintains tag numbers to fixed assets
Calculating depreciation or valuation of assets based on asset type and acquisition date
Review and update the detailed record of fixed assets in the system across all sites and warehouses.
Implement and secure documented control to assets movement and compliance ( PEZA related reporting)
Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets
Maintain online/webbased assets portal
Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets
