- Responsible for truck deployment, route dispatching and monitoring
- Responsible for truck schedule, callouts and execution
- Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers and other stakeholders for execution of route assignments
- Monitor truck whereabouts based on scheduled routes
- Execute optimized route schedules considering distance, time and requirements
- Execute simulations and models for productivity improvement
- Responsible for key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
- Support cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPX
- Responsible for weekly and monthly review of truck attendance
- Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting manager
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transportation logistics; focus on linehaul operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Suites
- Proficiency in using logistics software and real-time tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
