Role Description This full-time on-site role is for a Business Continuity Specialist based in Metro Manila. The Business Continuity Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans. The role involves conducting risk assessments, coordinating with various departments to ensure comprehensive business continuity strategies, and providing training and support to Business Continuity coordinators on business continuity protocols. Additionally, the specialist will regularly review and update plans to address evolving risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years work experience in Business Continuity Management Willing to work onsite Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience Knowledgeable in BSP Circular 951, ISO 22301, and related Business Continuity Management standards Knowledge in Financial Institutions business operations and continuity practices Knowledge and experience in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) is required Knowledge in IT infrastructure is an advantage Excellent Communication skills Customer Service orientation Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Certifications in Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery (e.g., CBCP, MBCP) are advantageous Show more Show less
