What You'll Do Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems (Windows XP to 10, Mac OS), and software (Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber). Manage IT service requests by resolving issues, updating tickets, communicating statuses, and collaborating with vendors for complex AV/technical solutions. Perform maintenance and repairs on hardware/software, use diagnostic tools for network/workstation issues, and support IT projects with a team-oriented approach. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCP. At least 18 months of IT experience, including hands-on support for Windows OS and Active Directory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of Mac OS, mobile device management (iOS/Android), and network troubleshooting.
