Description & RequirementsThe Quality Assurance Analyst will be part of the Infor M3 Business Engine team, supporting the Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Planning modules. The role covers both manual and automation testing, with a strong emphasis on automation and a primary focus on backend and functional testing.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Perform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications.
Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories
Analyze test failures, run and develop automation scripts, collaborate with BAs to convert designs into automated tests, and maintain best practices in test automation.
Use iBeat for automation, an internal Java-based tool
Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.
Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines.
Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.
Contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Need?Required Skills:

Experience in both manual and automated testing
Strong proficiency in Selenium for test automation
Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and data validation
Experience working in Agile environments, using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA fundamentals
Experience in backend and functional testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Proactive, innovation-driven mindset, with the ability to think beyond defined tasks, adapt to new technologies, and actively contribute to automation-focused research/ continuous improvement initiatives

Experience working with ERP solutions
Demonstrated ability to help define and refine QA strategies, improve testing processes, and implement best practices for continuous quality improvement
Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, particularly AWS
