- Proven experience in project management, operations, sales or talent acquisition, preferably in roles involving performance-based hiring or leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of team development.
- Proficiency in HR technology and software for talent management (preferred).
- You have at least 5 years experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Talent Acquisition role, ideally within the Consulting and Staffing / Executive Search industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
