  • Shape and execute a performance-based hiring framework that will challenge traditional norms, focusing on potential and enthusiasm.
  • Partner with department heads to discover the ideal mix of recruitment, sales skills, passion, and future potential that fits our evolving talent requirements.
  • Mentor and guide our recruitment team, transforming them into career coaches who help candidates chart a path to success within the clients’ organization
  • Hunt for exceptional talent with an inclination to over-deliver client expectations from various sources, applying innovative recruitment techniques and industry-savvy approaches.
  • Amplify our employer brand, making us the destination for remote workers and and experts seeking to advance their careers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to drive our recruitment decisions, ensuring that every step is aligned with performance and potential.
  • Cultivate connections with recruitment experts and networks, keeping us at the forefront of emerging talent trends.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Quality of Talent: Evaluate the performance of newly hired Workmates and their impact on our organization and the clientsSpeed-to-Talent: Measure the efficiency of our hiring process in filling critical positions.Applicant Satisfaction: Gather feedback from candidates regarding their experience in the recruitment process.Recruiter Development: Track the growth and progress of the recruitment team as they evolve into career coaches.Strength of Employer Brand: Measure our attractiveness as an employer, especially within the sales community.Competencies:Strategic Vision: Ability to envision and implement a revolutionary recruitment framework aligned with organizational goals.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and nurture a team while promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies.Creative Thinking: Innovative thinking and the capacity to pioneer unique recruitment approaches.Team Collaboration: Promotion of teamwork and collaboration within the department and organization.Change Management: Adaptability and the ability to manage change effectively.Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in project management, operations, sales or talent acquisition, preferably in roles involving performance-based hiring or leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of team development.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and software for talent management (preferred).
  • You have at least 5 years experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Talent Acquisition role, ideally within the Consulting and Staffing / Executive Search industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
