Join us in driving operational excellence and making a meaningful impact on our organization’s success.The day-to-dayPhilippine Expense Receipts monitoring, filing and sorting of documents in officeCoordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the release of checksMonitor the status of invoices in our system (Coupa)Assist the team in extracting Audit Supports needed by our stakeholdersProvide prompt, friendly and efficient customer service to external and internal inquirieEscalates production issues to AP Team Lead as appropriate.Protect the organization's value by keeping financial information confidential.Skills and QualificationsCurrently enrolled in BS Accountancy or any other business course.Willing to render at least 300 hoursWilling to work in our office in Net Park Building, BGC, Taguig, 1634Good communication skills, both written and verbalHas knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment and strong multitasking skillsStrong organization skills, can work with minimal supervision with speed & accuracyHybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
