The position provides professional HR guidance to relevant business partners with the objective of adding value to the business, reinforcing a high-performance culture, and driving organizational effectivenessStrategic HR Partnership * Designs and recommends HR strategic initiatives in support of business strategies and organizational goals; leverages thorough HR Knowledge & Skills and Business Acumen to support the business partner in addressing unique people challenges
- Implements agreed interventions to address organizational pain points in collaboration with PX Center of Excellence and People Services teams
- Monitors, reports HR issues/challenges and recommends opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Ensure effective implementation of organizational development programs
- Guide team leaders and team members in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback. Support performance improvement plans and address performance-related issues
- Supports and implements Learning and Development initiatives and programs at the country level
- Facilitates the end-to-end training process of account-requested learning activities
- Supports and implements Culture and Engagement initiatives and programs
- Collaborates with the Team Leaders in the resolution of problems and handling of disciplinary cases in their respective departments and ensures that actions taken should comply with the labor laws
- Ensures that all labor-related compliance requirements are delivered and met
- Develops and maintains good relations with Government and non-government organizations within the site for better and faster functioning of the organization
- Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the team leader
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a managerial capacity
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry
- Strong exposure to local labor and employment regulations, union management, and HR best practices
- Solid knowledge and understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, including the Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Act, and other relevant legislation
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all leaves of the company
- Intermediate knowledge on Excel/ Google Sheets
