- Strategic thinking and is able to identify market opportunities, align them with Freelancer’s goals of supercharging their businesses through an array of services that can be done on the platform.
- Experience with managing a full sales cycle - leads to qualifying potential clients, pitching businesses, handling objections, is a plus.
- Relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely.
- Self-starter nature - you will be working independently and in a team in Manila

- Keen interest in tech and the start up community
- Experience in customer-facing role - working via email, chat, and phone
- Degree/diploma in business/marketing/communications, or any related discipline
- Prospecting clients and profiling them based on their niche and design jobs based on their needs.
- Design business plans to pitch and convert clients by growing their spend moving them to tiered accounts.
- Help clients find the right freelancers by collaborating with our Recruiter Team.
- Address questions on site navigation, site features, and FAQs.
- Meet/exceed individual KPIs to contribute to the team’s overall sales;
- Maintain core stats level at minimum, or better.
- Outline processes and find opportunities in improving internal processes.
- Resolve escalated issues by providing support to your clients.
- Contribute to the team’s success by actively participating in team initiatives in improving the process.
