About the Role Are you an experienced Insurance Verification Specialist with a knack for leadership and process optimization Join our growing team as a BPO Team Leader and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely verification of patient insurance details for our US-based healthcare clients. Lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and help streamline the revenue cycle process. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Insurance Verification Specialists Oversee daily operations and task distribution Conduct regular quality audits and performance reviews Troubleshoot complex verification issues and provide solutions Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders Generate performance reports and suggest improvements Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in US healthcare insurance verification, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of various insurance types (e.g., Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO), medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and healthcare revenue cycle processes. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
