- Ensure their Partnerships Department is supported in executing the activities required to administrate proposals, tender opportunities, resourcing, quoting, build new business, and manage the day to day operational administration tasks
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Manage emails and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for team members
- Ensure efficient time management by organising and managing calendars
- Send reminders and confirmations for appointments and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with data entry and document management.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to support various projects and initiatives.
- Energetic with a purposeful mindset
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other relevant administrative support roles
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Must be capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- An initiative-taking approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
