🧩 What You’ll Be Doing🎧 Longform & Podcast Editing

Edit high-quality, longform podcast or interview content (audio & video)
Create consistent intro sequences, add captions, and enhance remote footage with branded visuals
Insert sponsor/ad reads and format episodes for upload across major platforms
Deliver medium-length highlight videos for YouTube (8–12 minutes) optimized for engagement

🎞 Shortform Content & Motion Graphics

Identify and edit compelling short-form clips (30–90 seconds) from interviews and podcasts
Add motion graphics, captions, text overlays, and dynamic visual elements to boost watch time
Ensure videos feel fresh, fast-paced, and on-brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.

📁 Content Management & Workflow

Organize raw footage, edit files, and maintain naming/version control
Manage uploads to platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Help coordinate content schedules and publishing timelines

✅ Who You Are

2+ years experience in video editing, motion graphics, or podcast production
Proficient in editing software like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or After Effects
Ability to create clean, minimal, branded motion graphics that enhance (not overwhelm) the story
Strong sense of pacing, visual hierarchy, and storytelling through video
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Comfortable balancing creative vision with fast-turnaround production needs
Bonus: Familiar with AI editing tools or automation tools for content workflows
