Job Summary The Procurement and Logistics Staff will be responsible for the timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials and services. This position entails processing purchase requests, liaising with suppliers, managing documentation, and ensuring that deliveries occur punctually. The staff will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to fulfill the daily procurement and logistics needs of the project. Process and review purchase requests for accuracy and completeness. Identify potential suppliers and solicit quotations for materials or services as necessary. Assist in evaluating quotations and preparing purchase orders. Coordinate with suppliers to establish delivery timelines and conduct follow-ups on orders. Monitor deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and in satisfactory condition. Maintain procurement records and assist in adhering to project documentation requirements. Communicate updates to internal teams regarding order and delivery status. Job Qualifications A Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Customs, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience in coordinating deliveries, sourcing suppliers, and managing purchase orders is a plus. Familiarity with documentation processes related to importation and logistics, including BOC, PEZA, and SBMA, is essential. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This is a project-based role.
