Perform test Transmission runs and identify errors2. Coordinate resolution of transmission errors to respective parties (ICO, AR,IT, etc.)3. Perform Final Transmission of Financials in Peoplesoft4. Run and maintain Allocation set up for simple group of accounts and performallocation issue resolution5. Maintain opening and closing of GL Module.Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation1. Prepare monthly. quarterly and annual reconciliation on accounts withmoving balances assigned to the team2. Identify and investigate variances, clean up ageing recon itemsJournals1. Process Manual JVs requests (prepare JV Templates)2. Park JVs in MSD3. Ensure completeness of supporting docs of journals (i.e. basis for calculation, approvals, JV Templates, etc.)4. Prepare self-initiated journalsSOX & ComplianceAssist in providing supporting documents requests from SOX / Auditors.Perform related SOX controls.Operational Rhythm (meetings)1. Participate in T1 Huddles2. Escalate issues occurring on the production floor3. Facilitate / lead T1 Huddles4.
