- Ensure timely and accurate contract setup and invoice generation
- Review error messages and identify solutions to resolve issues within SLA
- Process corrections and transactions accurately to maintain invoice accuracy
- Maintain cooperative team environment to meet department deadlines and goals
- Perform detailed research and communicate solutions effectively
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other tasks assigned by the Manager
- Accurate and timely contract setup and invoice presentation
- Resolution of error messages and billing discrepancies within SLA
- Compliance with Xerox billing policies and contractual requirements
- Improved customer experience and satisfaction
- Operational reports and documentation supporting audit readiness
- Supports operational efficiency and billing accuracy
- Promotes customer satisfaction and retention
- Aligns with Xerox compliance and quality standards
- Drives continuous improvement in contract administration and billing processes
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years billing experience in corporate or financial setting (desired)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willing to support North America/ US Time and Holidays
- Flexibility of working schedules as the role will require on a per need basis
