Your Role Develop compelling, end-user focused copy about products to be utilized on e-tail sites. Create and repurpose existing resources like brochures or a message matrix to create content spread for B+ imagery and product feature videos. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content; recommend and execute new topics. What You Need Non-negotiables 3-5+ years of experience in content development, copywriting, or marketing communications (preferably in consumer goods, tech, or e-commerce). Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word Preferred Skills/expertise Experience optimizing content for SEO and understanding digital content performance metrics. Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) or content management systems (CMS). Basic understanding of visual storytelling and how copy supports imagery or video content. Experience working with brand guidelines and contributing to content frameworks or message matrices.
