- Provide first-level support to standard requests with the guidance of more senior personnel (if needed)
- Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment.
- Follow clear procedures and use standard digital tools.
- Stores and files information following agreed procedures.
- Assist in projects across different HR facets including but not limited to organizational development, employee relations, employee engagement, etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and other HR operational activities.
- Open to fresh graduates, experience in HR Field optional
- Good organizational skills
- Understanding of software technologies and skill/competency groups and equivalencies
- A working knowledge of general computer skills (e.g. email / Word processing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
