- Answer incoming emails, calls, chats, and other tickets in ReAmaze.
- Update Reamaze FAQs/articles and templated responses as needed/during slower times.
- As we discover how the available hours match with the ticket volume, we may add other admin/customer care tasks as well.
- Software/platforms required: Re:amaze
- ReAmaze would be the primary platform, but the candidate might also need to be in Google Sheets/Excel, Outlook, Teams, or Shopify for misc. admin tasks.
