  • 1-2 Years of relevant experience
  • Great written and spoken English skills, as well as basic knowledge of pets/pet supplies
  • Fluent English with a Neutral accent
  • Someone comfortable with asking questions and not making up answers
  • Someone who can balance having difficult conversations with customers and manage lead outreach while maintaining a supportive and approachable brand image.

We work with various clients, bringing personalized support to enhance their customer experiences.📋 Your Mission Will Be To:
  • Answer incoming emails, calls, chats, and other tickets in ReAmaze.
  • Update Reamaze FAQs/articles and templated responses as needed/during slower times.
  • As we discover how the available hours match with the ticket volume, we may add other admin/customer care tasks as well.
🖥️ Tech Checklist - Gotta Have It!
  • Software/platforms required: Re:amaze
  • ReAmaze would be the primary platform, but the candidate might also need to be in Google Sheets/Excel, Outlook, Teams, or Shopify for misc. admin tasks.
  • Nice to have:
Pet Ownership would be a big one, as well as a working knowledge of a multi-level distribution model (i.e., the manufacturer selling to a distributor who sells to a retailer who sells to a Pet Parent)
The candidate would possibly be interacting with any/all levels of that chain of customers and would need to be aware and change their tone/messaging based on who they're talking to Ready to use your skills to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced and supportive environment?Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Working conditions
HOOP: MON-FRI from 8 AM - 12 PM CT
