The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the organization's accounts
payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. He/she
plays a crucial role in maintaining financial stability by reconciling invoices, verifying
expenses, and processing payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing Processing:
â–ª Receive and review incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate
authorization.
â–ª Code and enter invoices into Xero with the correct general ledger account code.
â–ª Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices for payment.2. Payment Processing:
â–ª Prepare and process payments to vendors via checks, electronic transfers, or other
approved methods.
â–ª Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify the accuracy
of billing and pricing.
â–ª Schedule and prioritize payments to optimize cash flow and take advantage of early
payment discounts.3. Vendor Relations:
â–ª Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies, payment
inquiries, and payment status updates.
â–ª Address vendor inquiries promptly and professionally to resolve issues and maintain
positive relationships.Work Set-up:

Day Shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)This position is exclusively open to Philippine citizens currently living in the Philippines. While remote work offers flexibility, please note that this role requires adherence to local regulations, making it suitable only for those based in the Philippines.
