- Design and deliver onboarding and upskilling programs across all departments (Sales, Operations, Support, etc.)
- Create engaging, role-specific learning content including slide decks, training manuals, videos, SOPs, and quizzes
- Lead virtual training sessions, learning cohorts, and knowledge workshops
- Track learning completion, performance improvement, and knowledge gaps using assessments and feedback loops
- Maintain and continuously improve our internal knowledge base and LMS (Learning Management System)
- Collaborate with department heads and QA leads to ensure alignment on training content and quality benchmarks
- Launch refresher training programs and certifications based on performance trends and SOP changes
- 2+ years experience in training, L&D, or instructional design (preferably in tech, logistics, or BPO environments)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Experience building asynchronous training materials and live learning programs
- Familiarity with LMS tools, knowledge bases, and digital content creation
- Process-driven mindset with the ability to identify learning gaps and systematize solutions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with global teams
- Prior exposure to fast-growing startups or tech-enabled operations
- Experience supporting frontline teams (e.g., Customer Support, Sales, Operations)
- Background in adult learning principles or training certification programs
