Description: Under the general supervision of the Clinic Head primarily welcomes patients/clients and assists the Hearing Care Specialist to give better service to the clients/patients in conformity with the companys strict compliance and standards for Clinic Associates. Duties and Responsibilities: Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. 2. Optimizes patient satisfaction and provider time by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone and ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. Submit to management a monthly list of free batteries (given to patients with survey letters, battery card members, and Christmas freebies). Cashiering duties, e.g. Depositing to banks, and issuance of receipts. In charge of submission of daily CDCR to the accounting department. Shall see to it that the deposit slips are signed by the OIC before sending CDCR to the accounting department. Qualifications: College graduate of any course (Business / Science / Technical) Experience in Customer Service and Receptionist job Minimum of 2 years of experience Computer literacy (MS Office Application) Sales experience is an advantage Requirements: Skills: (Not indicated)
