The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for developing and executing in-store and window displays that reflect brand identity, enhance the customer experience, and maximize product visibility to drive sales. This role combines creativity with strategic planning and requires proficiency in design software and strong attention to visual detail.Key Responsibilities:Visual Planning & Execution:

Design and implement visual merchandising strategies across multiple store locations.
Create visually compelling displays for new collections, seasonal promotions, and key product launches.
Adapt global brand guidelines to suit local markets and store formats.

Technical Design & Tools:

Develop floor plans, planograms, and visual layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
Create presentation boards, concept visuals, and mock-ups using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Store Collaboration:

Partner with store teams to ensure consistent execution of VM standards.
Train staff on visual merchandising principles and product placement techniques.

Brand Alignment & Strategy:

Ensure all visual elements align with the brands identity, tone, and current marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior, footfall, and sales data to inform display strategies.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual standards.
Prepare reports with visual assessments and recommendations for improvements.
