We are seeking an ambitious and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts for a growing company in the digital services industry. This role is designed as a stepping stone to a Sales Director position, with clear performance milestones over a 30-60-90 day period. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, and is eager to build and lead a team as the sales function scales. Remuneration Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a performance-based incentive tied directly to revenue generated from the strategies and results driven by the role. Work schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) This is a managerial role and may require flexibility to accommodate after-hours functions or on-demand support as needed to ensure team and client success. Responsibilities Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts to generate qualified leads and close deals. Facilitate and conduct sales calls, discovery sessions, and presentations with prospective clients. Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline, including tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Take a proactive role in identifying new business opportunities and lead generation tactics. Serve as a strategic sales leader-goal-oriented, persistent, and aggressive in pursuing targets. Provide coaching and direction to junior sales team members (as the team scales). Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics. Collaborate with operations and marketing to align sales efforts with campaign activities and client onboarding. Support ad hoc sales initiatives and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales leadership capacity, preferably in digital services, SaaS, outsourcing, or digital marketing (highly preferred). Demonstrated experience conducting consultative sales presentations and managing a full sales cycle. Familiarity with Go High Level, Monday.com, Slack, Instagram outreach, and VoIP platforms. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
