Develop and refine acquisition processes, including sourcing criteria, due diligence checklists, and target profiling frameworks.
Conduct strategic and financial analysis of potential acquisition targets.
Gather and synthesize market intelligence on e-commerce trends, competitive landscapes, and operating models across Asia Pacific.
Acquisition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess deal implications, risks, and integration readiness.
Support integration planning, including 100-day priorities, success metrics, and monitoring frameworks.
Document acquisition workflows and recommend improvements for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Post-Acquisition
Monitor post-deal performance, track key metrics, and prepare leadership reports.
Support optimization and performance improvement initiatives for acquired businesses.
Assist in developing best practices for future acquisitions and integrations.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2–4 years in strategy, consulting, transaction advisory, audit, or corporate development.
Knowledge of:
M&A fundamentals and due diligence processes
Financial and strategic analysis
Market and competitive research, particularly in e-commerce
Business valuation methods (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
