- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform and brand goals.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize and enhance content creation processes, ensuring efficiency, high-quality output, and brand consistency across social media platforms
- Manage the social media calendar, including copywriting, content scheduling, and approval workflows.
- Track campaign performance, analyzing metrics to optimize social media strategies and report on results.
- Stay updated on platform trends and emerging features to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
- Manage day-to-day operations of brand channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with platform-optimized content.
- Manage User-Generated Content (UGC):
- Create UGC: Develop authentic and engaging UGC to drive community involvement and strengthen brand relationships.
- Outsource UGC: Identify and collaborate with external creators, influencers, or agencies when needed to produce high-quality UGC that aligns with brand objectives.
- Develop UGC campaigns to encourage community participation, amplifying brand reach and credibility.
- Curate and promote UGC through brand channels, ensuring it is effectively integrated into campaigns to boost engagement.
- Scale a high-performing TikTok Shop affiliate network by proactively recruiting creators, managing the end-to-end sample-to-content pipeline, and nurturing a community that drives consistent GMV growth and authentic UGC.
- Stakeholder Presentations & Group Communications:
- Present key insights, marketing strategies, and campaign performance to stakeholders and senior management in clear, impactful presentations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to large groups, aligning with the brand's goals and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Engage stakeholders through regular updates, fostering collaboration and ensuring strategies are well-understood and supported at all levels.
- With at least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, platform management, and/or brand marketing.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and optimization is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce and agency settings is a plus.
- With experience in large-scale campaigns and audience engagement.
- Has worked on multiple US brands.
- Well-versed with social media account management tools and AI-driven content creation tools.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders and large groups.
- Experience managing and leveraging User-Generated Content (UGC) to build brand engagement and authenticity, including creating or outsourcing UGC based on needs.
- Good knowledge and understanding of US culture/market.
