Brand & Visual Designer

• Be the go-to design partner for all Primer teams, creating and updating branded assets across digital and print.

• Maintain and grow Primer's Figma & Canva libraries and brand design systems to keep all assets consistent and accessible.

• Design for a wide variety of needs, including:

• Digital and social graphics

• Brochures, one-pagers, and flyers

• Event materials, banners, and signage

• ID cards, car tags, and first-day-of-school kits

• Manage production for printed materials - ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget and to spec.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, align on creative direction, and deliver high-quality assets quickly.

• Ability to turn around most design requests within 24 hours while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or visual design.

• Strong portfolio showing a range of digital and print work.

• Proficiency in Figma and Canva.

• Experience managing production from concept to final delivery, including printed work.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality work quickly.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across time zones.
