Department Audio Visual Employee Type Probationary Job Responsibilities Install and set up audio-visual equipment such as microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, and video conferencing systems. Ensure proper wiring and connectivity for seamless integration of AV components. Operate and manage audio and visual equipment during events, ensuring high-quality sound and visuals. Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions during presentations or performances. Coordinate with event organizers and presenters to understand their technical requirements. Must have skilled knowledge of computers, presentation software, and A/V equipment. Ability to work independently, identify resources, and make independent decision. Experience with the installation of LED display panels (Indoor & outdoor) and Digital signage hardware & software solutions. Should have a thorough knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, AV, SMATV, etc.,). Time-organized technician with 2-5 years' experience in the installation and handling of multiple product brands. Must work well with little supervision. Qualifications Highly motivated and a team player. Excellent interpersonal and guest contact skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. With updated TESDA NCII. Should have 2 to 5 years' experience in Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of A/V. systems & equipment s such as Projectors, Control Systems, TV Panels, High-End Speakers and other Audio Video equipment&aposs.
