Work day-shift Fixed Saturday and Sunday days off with no overtime required Diverse learning & growth opportunities About The Opportunity Key responsibilities include: Setting up and resolving issues related to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other marketing tags on websites using Google Tag Manager (GTM). Analytics expertise required for both eCommerce and non-eCommerce websites. Performing website tracking audits to verify the accuracy of data collection. Creating dashboards, reports and automated reports using Google Sheets & Looker Studio. Proactively review existing web analytics setups and raise issues as needed. You'll be working on multiple projects/websites. Working and communicating directly with colleagues in Australia and the Philippines. Assisting with the training and development of junior team members. About You To apply for the role, you must have the following: Technical skills (required): Extensive experience in deploying and maintaining GTM, GA4 and other digital marketing pixels eCommerce tracking expertise Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends, features, and updates in Google Analytics 4 and related platforms to maximize its potential for our clients. Additional technical skills we'd value (but are not required): Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Bing Ads Conversion Tracking, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion API. Certified Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Expert. Proficiency in Zapier-style integration platforms to automate data transfers and streamline workflows across marketing tools and platforms. Strong understanding of product feed integration and tracking for popular e-commerce platforms, including custom GA4 data layer scripting. Knowledge of CRM event tracking setup (Salesforce, HubSpot), segmentation methods, and integration with marketing and tracking tools. Expertise in integrating Google Ads with CRM platforms to enable Enhanced Conversion Tracking and Measurement, leveraging valuable first-party data. Experience with Meta custom API tracking setup and integration. Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills. Experience in WordPress, Shopify and other common CMS and eCom platforms. General requirements: Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in GTM, GA4, Digital Marketing Pixels and reporting (Looker Studio and Google Sheets). Must have previous agency experience. Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have experience working on projects where the end client is outside of the Philippines. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities including the ability to deliver insights from data. Excellent communication skills including communicating confidently with your Australian-based colleagues.
