Job Description:Overview***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***Employee will be responsible for the timely and safe transport of personnel and/or cargo from Agila Subic, Philippines to multiple points in Luzon. This may include high level executives. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with Zambales, Pampanga, and Metro Manila, Clark Airport/NAIA Airport and prioritizes road safety with providing excellent service. Requires commitment to excellence, impeccable grooming and highest level of confidentiality.
ResponsibilitiesThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

Drive company vehicles (van, SUV or truck) to deliver personnel/cargo goods to residential, military and commercial addresses.
Plan the most efficient delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing fuel consumption.
Safely assist to load items into the vehicle to prevent damage and assist in unloading upon arrival at the destination.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, collect payments, and ensure all delivery receipts or digital proof-of-delivery are signed and filed.
Perform daily pre-trip inspections (tires, oil, brakes, lights) and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.
Represent the company professionally by handling customer inquiries or complaints politely during drop-offs.
Adhere strictly to LTO traffic rules, local city ordinances (e.g., coding schemes), and company safety protocols.
Provide safe and professional transportation for executives to meetings, events, and airport transfers.
Maintain a "VIP-ready" vehicle: ensure the interior is spotless, climate-controlled, and stocked with essentials (water, tissue, etc.).
Role requires night shifts, weekend work, and/or holiday duties.
Performs other related tasks as directed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications:

High school Diploma is required.
Must be able to speak, write and read English.
Must be a Filipino Citizen
Must have a Philippine Non-Professional Driver’s License. (TESDA NC II in Driving is a plus).
Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a delivery driver or chauffeur.
Skills:

Strong communication skills are vital in this role both written and verbally.
Exceptional grooming, polite communication, and a "customer-first" attitude.
Working Conditions:

Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, humid, tropical conditions).
Includes some industrial environment production conditions as well.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift delivery boxes (up to 50 lbs.) and maintain stamina for long driving shifts.
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting.
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.
Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and Agila Subic policies.
