We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Resident Engineer / Senior Bridge Engineer to join our supervision team for a major infrastructure project in Southeast Asia. The role involves overseeing the construction of complex bridge structures, ensuring that works are completed in compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards. The successful candidate will play a key role particularly in Bridge 3, which features a cable-stayed or extradosed design.
  • Serve as the on-site lead for construction supervision of bridge works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Supervise contractor activities and ensure the work adheres to timelines, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Review and approve construction drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
  • Monitor construction progress and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Prepare progress reports, site instructions, and non-compliance notices as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee QA/QC procedures and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Provide technical advice and leadership to the supervision team.
