Total Pay of PHP 26,700 + Unlimited Commission + PHP 5,000 SignOn Bonus Details We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketer to join Encloudment OPC, sales team. The Telemarketer will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits. Identify and prospect new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing customer needs. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to help shape product development and sales strategies. Qualifications And Requirements Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in call center industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, embracing challenges and driving for success. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Intermediate Degree Is Required And Preferred.
