Audit Associate Description Supports the Senior Audit Associate on multiple audit engagements, which include planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits. Principal Responsibilities Assists the Audit Manger performing and documenting substantive audit procedures in accordance with the audit plan. Prepares draft reports and ensuring timely submission to immediate superior. Effectively apply knowledge in audit, accounting, and financial reporting standards and other regulatory requirements to the assigned jobs, specific to clients' concerns. Apply knowledge of the firm's audit methodology to perform and document the result of audit work using the firm's audit tool. Identifies audit issues and escalates to Manager as necessary. Capable to lead Junior Auditors and Audit In-charge in reviewing their work and providing guidance. Keep up ties with other engagement teams, track team progress against the plan, and push for performance when needed. Create networks and long-term connections both inside and internationally to identify new business opportunities. Education and Qualifications Graduate of BSA or any 4-year related course. Certified Public Accountant is an advantage. At least 1 year of external audit experience in both local and international external audits is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
