They coordinate with different teams to ensure the best patient experience.Key Responsibilities

Establish a thorough understanding of operational processes and systems relating to customer service or supply chain
Identify and implement process and system improvements
Manage day-to-day operations relating to customer service or supply chain
Manage, train, and provide learning and growth opportunities to the team
Coordinate with customers and partners
Address, investigate, and resolve major operational concerns
Manage databases and monitor key performance indicators
