This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about interior design and wants to join an award-winning Dubai-based studio, offering exposure to high-profile projects and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.Company Profile:Our client is in the design services industry and is an award-winning interior design studio based in Dubai.Their goal is to give people an amazing experience in the spaces they design, whether it’s office staff, families at home, children in schools, or guests in restaurants.They are deeply involved in the local design community, teaching university courses, running an active internship program, promoting local talent, contributing to design fairs, and sharing their knowledge through the media.Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:As a 3D Visualizer, you will bring interior design concepts to life through photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs that capture both the intent and emotion of a space. You will collaborate closely with designers to ensure visuals align with brand standards and client requirements, manage your time effectively, and maintain organized libraries of materials and models. Your role includes creating mood and material boards, applying lighting and textures for high-quality visuals, and staying updated on the latest rendering techniques and industry trends to deliver immersive, compelling presentations.

Develop realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for interior design projects
Translate 2D plans, sketches, and design concepts into photorealistic 3D visuals
Collaborate closely with interior designers to ensure visuals align with design intent, brand standards, and client requirements
Create mood boards, material boards, and color palettes for presentations
Apply lighting, texturing, and material effects to produce high-quality, atmospheric visuals
Maintain an organized library of textures, materials, and 3D models for ongoing projects
Assist in producing presentation layouts for client meetings and proposals
Stay updated on industry trends, rendering techniques, and relevant software advancements
Working closely with interior designers to bring design concepts to life through visual representations.
Collaboration with the lead visualizer who will provide training on company processes and software access.
Communication and transparency are emphasized as core company values, with employees expected to raise issues promptly to avoid delays and missed client deadlines.
Visualizers typically become involved during the final visualization stage rather than early concept development phases.
Adherence to brand guidelines varies by project, with government clients requiring strict compliance while other projects may allow creative input.
The Expected output averages 1 to 2 renders per day is normal if there are no issues.
Project load varies based on complexity and timeline rather than a fixed number of simultaneous projects.
The level of 3D modelling required varies by project, as some may need complete modelling from scratch while others provide existing models, and CAD designers are available to assist when needed.
The role involves primarily internal collaboration with minimal direct client contact expected.
Client presentations are typically handled by senior leads and management rather than visualizers, only in exceptional circumstances when senior staff are unavailable might visualizers be asked to present or explain visuals during client meetings, occurring approximately 5% of the time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

5 to 6 years' proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an interior design or architectural environment.
Experience working for interior design companies specifically, not just general 3D visualization roles.
International project experience is strongly preferred, particularly with companies based in the Middle East or serving global clients.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion/Enscape (or similar rendering tools) for post-production work.
Experience in using SketchUp would be preferred to navigate and Lumion are considered advantageous but not strictly required for the position.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, cofor theory, lighting, and materials.
Ability to interpret design briefs and produce visuals that accurately reflect design intent.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Must have portfolio showing samples for Interior designs.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
Knowledge of VR/AR visualization tools.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
