That's why our Partner Services team focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with hotel and property partners. By sharing data, strategic insights, and technology, we help partners grow their visibility and performance on Agoda. The team operates across multiple global locations and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver results that matter. The Opportunity As a Partner Executive, you will manage a portfolio of accommodation partners across the Philippines. You will help partners succeed on Agoda by improving their content, pricing, and overall performance while identifying growth opportunities. This is a dynamic role for someone with a commercial mindset, a client-first attitude, and strong sales or account management experience. In this Role, You'll Get To: Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of hotel and property partners. Identify performance opportunities using Agoda's data tools and recommend strategies for improvement. Onboard new partners and support their successful integration into Agoda's platform. Promote participation in programs that improve visibility and conversion. Conduct regular outreach through calls, video meetings, and email. Train partners on Agoda's tools, systems, and best practices. Maintain accurate partner records and update systems accordingly. Coordinate with internal support teams to address partner needs promptly. Represent Agoda professionally and consistently in all external interactions. What You'll Need to Succeed: 3-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or a partner-facing commercial role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance data to drive action. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiarity with CRM systems or internal tools. Organized, self-driven, and results-focused. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. It's Great if You Have: Experience in travel, e-commerce, tech, or hospitality industries. Understanding of hotel distribution models or OTA platforms. Additional Philippine languages or dialects.
