Scope of Services:

Gap discovery on the current assigned supplier, As-is flow against the IFX oneSAP CM Solution standard
Interface with other functions to resolve identified gaps
Drive supplier system development and readiness for Mock and UAT
File preparation for Mock and UAT
Carry out the Assigned Mock and UAT task. Collaborate with suppliers and project teams for timely preparation
Work with the Supplier and Project team to achieve 100% UAT defect closure
Inventory reconciliation and drive 100% accuracy for migration preparation.
Carry out assigned tasks for Dress Rehearsal and migration for successful go-live.

Description of Services:

Drive resolution on OSAT-related defects closure for each milestone GO release for assigned suppliers
Expect to handle up to 3 suppliers through supplier system development, Mock, UAR, Dress Rehearsal, and Go-Live
Manual file preparation as needed for e2open upload to support Mock and UAT
Migration file preparation in Mock and Go-Live
Ensure post Go-Live operational readiness through on-time closure of defects with the Project team
Working with Octane, Jira, e2open, and SAP tools during the project phase
Strict adherence to the project timeline and assigned task due date

Qualifications:

Graduate of Engineering IT, Supply Chain, or any business-related course
Effective writing and communication skills, and able to interact with external partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge of logistics, business processes, and relevant IT tools (SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems)
Customer-oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control, and management
Min. 5 years of planning or system support, coordination, and scheduling production experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
