- Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships
- Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers
- Sales standards: identify, formulate and enforce approved Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
- Leadership: lead and develop a high caliber sales acquisition team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of his/her team to close deals and build corrective/improving initiatives.
- Performance: Drive the team to Acquire new clients, Upsell, Revive and Conduct Business Reviews with the existing base. Monitor the performance of entire NCL Corporate base
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
- Proactive and enthusiastic sales professional with leadership experience and high integrity
- Strong network of clients in North and Central Luzon
- Strong knowledge and understanding of existing North and Central Luzon market/industries
- Can adapt to business changes and needs as they arise
- Can lead a team and effectively manage performance
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience in a leadership capacity (Logistics industry sales experience would be a huge plus)
- College Degree / Diploma holder
- Excellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus
- Must be willing to work to work onsite in Angeles, Pampanga
