At the click of a button, individuals, small businesses, and corporations can access a wide fleet of delivery vehicles operated by professional driver partners.Powered by technology, we seamlessly connect people, vehicles, freights and roads, moving things that matter and bringing benefits to local communities in 11 markets across Asia and Latin America.The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee the North and Central Luzon Corporate Sales and primarily responsible for strategies and execution of Plans for North Central Luzon to deliver He/She is expected to build a high achieving sales acquisition team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove's services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellenceWhat you'll do:
  • Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships
  • Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers
  • Sales standards: identify, formulate and enforce approved Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
  • Leadership: lead and develop a high caliber sales acquisition team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of his/her team to close deals and build corrective/improving initiatives.
  • Performance: Drive the team to Acquire new clients, Upsell, Revive and Conduct Business Reviews with the existing base. Monitor the performance of entire NCL Corporate base
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
What we seek:
  • Proactive and enthusiastic sales professional with leadership experience and high integrity
  • Strong network of clients in North and Central Luzon
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of existing North and Central Luzon market/industries
  • Can adapt to business changes and needs as they arise
  • Can lead a team and effectively manage performance
What we'll need:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience in a leadership capacity (Logistics industry sales experience would be a huge plus)
  • College Degree / Diploma holder
  • Excellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus
  • Must be willing to work to work onsite in Angeles, Pampanga
