Please see the following roles and qualifications for the role, Responsibilities: Communicate with the client and the client&aposs key business units and key process managers (Japanese to English and vice versa) Understand and gather the client&aposs business needs to build solutions, support maintenance, and drive improvement. Provide expertise on technical analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Lead analysis and design, including researching of solutions and development of proof-of-concepts - Create estimation and proposal documents - Lead development and testing, including conducting of reviews and recommending best practices to ensure high quality - Create base codes as template for junior developers - Create reports and analyses, setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions -Provide expertise on technical consultations. -Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a project and a team of developers. -Recommend new technologies and frameworks as needed -Recommend new tools and equipment as needed -Recommend improvements to increase quality and productivity not only in his/her assigned team but also to the department as a whole -Other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the position Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or any related field. 5-10 years of industry experience Able to meet deadlines Willing to work onsite (Cebu and Makati Office) Leadership experience People & Project management Must be at least a JLPT N3 or up passer If you think this might be you, send us a message!
